Your Itinerary ( 2 week cruise)
Day 1: Athens/Kalamaki
You will be picked up from the airport by our local representatives and brought to your yacht. The day will be spent in the harbour giving you to time to make yourself comfortable and completing departure formalities. (If you arrive in the morning, the skipper, Patrick, will probably sail for a few hours in the afternoon, if you want to).
Day 2: Athens - Aegina/Angistri
A journey of approximately 3.5 hours as a starter. You will soon feel at home on your 'own' Yacht. Soon after leaving Kalamaki you will see the island of Aegina on the horizon. Opposite the island you'll find the smaller island of Angistri, with superb beaches to swim. After your cooling swim, we set sail to Aegina with its bars, restaurants and shops along the harbour.
Day 3: Aegina - Ermioni
From Aegina we sail along the east coast of the Peloponesos to Ermioni. Ermioni is a small authentic Greek village, still not discovered by mass-tourism. Here you can enjoy the real Greek atmosphere on terraces filled with the local fishermen.
Day 4: Ermioni - Leonidion Plaka
Sailing among the small islands of Dokos, Spetses and Spetsopoula our route takes us to Plaka, the harbour of Leonidion. Leonidion is one of the 'main' villages on the southeastcoasts of the Pelopenesos and offers nice terraces and tavernes.
Day 5: Leonidion Plaka - Gerakas
Gerakas is a small village with an extraordinary harbour. If you are looking for some rest, and relaxation, here it is!
Day 6: Gerakas - Spetses
After sailing for about 5 hours we anchor in one of the many bays of Spetses or visit the local shipping museum.
Day 7: Spetses - Kilada
A small village on the east coast of the Peloponesos.
Day 8: Kilada - Tolo
Tolo has one of the most beautiful beaches of the area and on the boulevard there are plenty of terraces to have a coffee or have a romantic dinner in one of the many fish-restaurants.
Day 9: Tolo - Nafplion
Nafplion was the first capital of Greece after declaring independance in 1821 and is one of the most beautiful and romantic small towns in the country. Fort Palamidi is very worthwhile to visit.
Day 10: Nafplion - Porto Heli
After sailing South for 3 hours we reach Porto Heli, the cosy village opposite Spetses.
Day 11: Porto Heli - Hydra
Hydra is the probably most impressive small island of the Saronic Gulf. The village of Hydra is built around a small harbour rising up the slopes of the hillside like an amphitheatre. Numerous artists visit the island to paint this extraordinary village and to preserve it's unique atmosphere cars are not allowed onto the island.
Day 12: Hydra - Poros
Poros has a wonderful natural beauty and magnificent sandy beaches. In the picturesque harbour village of Poros you can easily sit on a terrace for hours, enjoying a drink or having a traditional Greek dinner while watching the activities of the port.
Day 13: Poros - Epidavros
From Poros we sail northwest and after 3 hours reach the small harbour of Nea Epidavros, which is situated close to the Ancient Epidavros theatre with it's stunning acoustics. A visit to this theatre is a must. In July and August each evening historic plays are performed in Ancient Greek.
Day 14: Epidavros - Kalamaki/Athens
A journey of 4 hours brings you back to Marina Kalamaki. Here you will have your final evening in Greece at one of the many excellent tavernas in the locality.
Day 15:
After breakfast you will be brought to the airport for your flight home.
